El Mirador, Bourbon Ají

Bursting with yellow flavours like apricot, mango, fresh tropicals. White florals are pleasant and there's a hint of coconut toward the end. This coffee is really clean with a traditional wash process, and we really enjoy the round, silky mouthfeel which seems to accompany Bourbon Ají. 

Bourbon Ají is an Ethiopian landrace variety that is becoming increasingly common in Colombia. Meaning “chili pepper” in Spanish, the name “ají” is said to come from the slightly peppery aroma and sometimes taste that is associated with this variety.
